Fractional Leadership Developement allows your organization to work directly with a Cairn Leadership partner on a part-time basis. It allows your business to access top-tier strategic expertise without the cost and long-term commitment of a full-time hire. This model gives you the leadership guidance you need, exactly when and where you need it.

We have pre-selected offsite locations and team members across the USA that are prepared to meet you and your team where you are! If you have a specific location in mind, we are happy to chat to create an offsite that meets your company’s needs.

That’s ok, the outdoorsy stuff is just a container – a new perspective to allow your team to create new meaning and find innovative solutions. The outdoorsy stuff is meant to strip away all the other clutter in your mind and leave you focused on the task at hand- optimizing how you show up as a leader and person. If you don’t like it, we bet you will at least enjoy the novelty and challenge for a weekend. Plus who knows, you might find your new hobby!

Our base Essentials Package starts from $12,000, depending on the size of your team and the offsite team experience you select.

We know business changes plans and we start making our logistics plans two months before an adventure. Outside of 60 days you can get a full refund or move to another adventure free of charge. Between 60 and 30 days from your adventure we will move you to another adventure or refund 50% of your registration. Within 30 days refunds are only by special circumstance.
