Join Cairn Leadership Strategies coaches and guides Leonie Campbell and Knight Campbell with Transformational Coach Megan Mahle on November 3rd to share a day of certified introductory level climbing instruction, leadership coaching, and facilitated discussions with 12 other local professional women seeking ways to lead authentically.

Trying to “fit in” as a woman leading today can be extremely exhausting. We offer ways to tap into your personality and natural talents (leadership superpowers) to confidently take action.

This workshop goes from 7 am to 2:30 pm at Mission Gorge climbing area (1 Father Junipero Serra Trl, San Diego, CA).  All climbing gear and certified climbing instruction included!

Meet Your Coaches!

Leonie Campbell led Marines for 10 years deploying twice to the Middle East before deciding to go to medical school to become an orthopedic surgeon. She taught leadership for three years at the Naval Academy and regularly mentors women seeking to lead traditionally male dominated fields.

Knight Campbell has led Sailors in the US Navy for 12 years. He is a certified guide and leads month long expeditions into the Alaskan wilderness as a National Outdoor Leadership School instructor. He certified to coach leaders and executives at Georgetown University and is passionate about building gender equality through allyship.
