Alicia Di Mola: I first discovered yoga in a high school gym class in 2004. I was intrigued at how wonderful it made me feel physically and spiritually but was intimidated. Having always been a very athletic person, I continued down my path without yoga. Only after I suffered severe trauma from domestic violence in my first marriage at the age of 22, did I rediscover the healing powers of yoga. After fully immersing myself in my yoga practice, I was able to heal my deep wounds and discover my passion for the practice. Through this warm and inviting community, I realized it is my duty to share and spread the love and compassion that yoga has to offer all of us. Namaste yogis!

Knight Campbell: I found my passion professionally leading Sailors in the US Navy for 10 years and teaching leadership at the Naval Academy. Personally, nothing has taught me more than pursuing outdoor adventures. When I became certified as a leadership coach and climbing guide, I started my business to bring the power of adventure into leadership development. My favorite part of this job is seeing people connect with the natural world and overcome challenges they at first found insurmountable!
